Low Carb High Fat CHEESY CRUST LOW CARB PIZZA



If you miss pizza because you are on a low carbohydrate regimen, youre in luck. This pizza will satisfy your cravings and even please picky eaters.


SERVINGS: 6-8


INGREDIENTS:
4 oz
Cream Cheese, softened
4
Eggs
cup
Heavy Cream
¼ cup
Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp
Chives
½ tsp
Italian Seasoning or Pizza Seasoning
1 tsp
Minced Garlic
½ cup
Jarred Spaghetti Sauce
3 cups
Mozzarella Cheese
4 oz
Turkey Pepperoni
½ cup
Thinly Sliced Green Peppers
½ cup
Thinly Sliced Mushrooms
¼ cup sliced
Ripe Black Olives
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Beat together cream cheese and eggs until smooth. Add cream, Parmesan, garlic and Italian seasoning. Spray a 10 inch spring form pan with cooking spray. Place 2 cups mozzarella cheese in bottom. Pour egg mixture over cheese and bake 30 minutes. Remove from oven and spread sauce over baked mixture. Add toppings and cover with remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake until bubbly and brown 20-25 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes, remove sides of pan and slice into wedges to serve.
