Weight Loss Drinks Banana Berrylicious

With 380mg of potassium and almost 25% of your RDA of Vitamin C, this smoothie is especially good for a pre-workout drink to help with muscle function and recovery.  Blueberries are also really good for your skin.

A nutritious banana and blueberry smoothie with flax seeds.

Ingredients
·         1 medium banana, peeled
·         1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
·         1 T flax seed
·         About ¾ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (to the fill line)

Instructions
1.    Place everything into the NutriBullet and blend until smooth. Makes 2 servings.
